Rating: 8.19. This will be my wife and my third year in a row to attend the Oyster Bake--we have full intentions of attending every year here after--serious fun, great food, music, and an outstanding fireworks...

I loved the video for Oyster Bake especially the history of Oyster Bake! This is the kickoff for Fiesta 2008!! Yay! Viva Oyster Bake!

Rating: 9.25. Oyster Bake is the kick off for Fiesta, and our favorite time of season. It's fun for everyone of all ages. We've been going for 13 years and will continue going as long as I'm still breathing.
